2007 BCLGA Events
Rally
For A Cure
The sixth annual Brier Creek
Ladies Golf Association's Rally for A Cure tournament will be played
on Tuesday, October 2nd. All money raised benefits the Susan
G. Komen Foundation in its fight against breast cancer. Many
prizes will be awarded and lunch will be served afterwards.
This is an excellent opportunity to invite a
guest.
Superball
The 9- & 18-hole groups get together
the last Wednesday morning of each month during the
season. Everyone is invited to stay for lunch
afterwards. We play for cash prizes, so each lady is asked to
bring $2 for the pot. To participate, please call the pro shop
or sign up on the sheet posted on the ladies bulletin board in the
pro shop. Please indicate if you will not be able to attend
lunch, otherwise your account will be charged.
PAL (Playday for Area Ladies) Program
These invitationals provide BCLGA members the
opportunity to play at other golf courses in the area and to meet
new friends. There is a limit of 9 players from each club for the 18
Hole PAL interclub event and 12 players from each club for the 9
Hole PAL interclub event. The cost is $45 for 18
Hole PAL and $35 for 9 Hole Pal and includes cart fee, lunch and
prizes. Sign-up sheets will be posted on the ladies
bulletin board in the pro shop 4 weeks prior to each event. If

TIP (Triangle Interclub Play) Program
Eight private
clubs participate in match play events in the Triangle Interclub
Play. Each club fields a four player team that will play as twosomes
against another club's twosomes. The format is better net ball of
the twosome. Points awarded for tying and winning holes are
accumulated throughout the season. A handicap index of 35 or less is
required. This is a fun, match play event. Costs are kept at a
minimum, cart fees only. Sign-up sheets will be posted on the
ladies bulletin board in the pro shop 4 weeks prior to each

2007 Weekly Schedule
Cameron Sawyer will give a quick "Tip of the
Day" at the driving range 15 minutes prior to each Wednesday morning
tee time. Morning tee time is 9 am in April, May, Sept.
and Oct. Tee time in June, July and August is 8:30
am. Evening tee time is 5:30 pm. Please call
the Pro Shop to sign up by Sunday. 206-4653.
